Verify your own account to request automatic deletion. An accepted request continues on our server without waiting for approval from ShotDyno’s owner.

Before you continue

• Cloud deletion is irreversible. It removes your authentication account, private synced logbook and history, cloud photographs, your Community post/comment/profile content and photographs, and authored report/moderation content with associated evidence.
• Other members’ content remains. Hidden, ownerless technical references may preserve their replies. Completed server request-status records use a 30-day window after completion; pending cleanup is retained while it continues. A separate, access-restricted recovery service keeps only a request reference, keyed account and receipt hashes, and technical dates to prevent a deleted account returning after a backup restore. It contains no raw account identifier, email, password, authored content or photographs. These independent markers have no automatic deletion deadline while retained backups or exports may restore the deleted account or its data. Temporary provider backups have separate retention; active cloud deletion does not immediately erase every backup. Retained recovery copies must remain out of service until access is isolated, current markers are checked and deleted data is removed again.
• This operation keeps the app’s existing local logbook. The app stops sync and signs out after it confirms completion. If you use this website, close sync and sign out in your installed copies too. Existing sign-in tokens cannot restore a deleted cloud account.
• Portable backups belong to the original account identity. Deleting that identity can prevent restoring a backup on a new device or with a new account. Keep any information you need before continuing. Your exported files, other devices’ local data and copies retained by other people are outside this cloud operation.

Before deletion starts, this page saves a deletion receipt in this browser. It contains a request reference and a secret token for checking or continuing only that deletion, and no email, password, sign-in token or logbook content. Keep this browser’s site data until completion is confirmed. You can check status after sign-in is removed. Completed request-status lookups are supported for 30 days after completion; afterward the service may no longer verify the receipt. The separate recovery marker follows the backup-protection rule above. If completion was already confirmed, removing this browser’s site data removes the saved receipt only; it does not undo deletion or remove the independent recovery marker. Keep an unconfirmed request receipt and its safe reference. Share only the displayed request reference with support.

Saved deletion confirmations stay with the website address and browser where you started the request. If you started on our earlier beta website, return to that account-deletion page to check its saved confirmation. This website does not copy confirmations between addresses.
