Website privacy policy

This policy covers the ShotDyno LLC website, tester applications and feedback collected by the project developer. ShotDyno LLC is a Georgia company. It also covers submissions previously made through this website under the Reloading Lab name.
Beta applications are currently closed while ShotDyno is being prepared for beta. Contact and feedback remain available through Formspree; feedback does not register you for beta access or a waitlist. This policy also covers previously submitted applications.
Information you choose to provide
When enabled, the signup form asks for a name or nickname, contact email, device or PC model, operating system and version, shooting and reloading preferences, equipment, record-keeping habits, testing availability, desired improvements and optional notes. The current suggestion form asks for your idea or feedback, with an optional name and reply email. Earlier feedback forms collected device and app versions, bug descriptions, reproducibility, possible data loss, affected features, severity and optional evidence links; this policy continues to cover those earlier submissions.
Why it is used
The project developer uses this information to review applications, contact selected testers, manage beta access, investigate problems and prioritize improvements. If Google Play closed testing becomes available, selected testers will be asked to confirm the Google-account email needed for access. Public signup and downloads will remain closed until the Google Play testing flow is ready and active. An application is not a guarantee of selection.
Services that process information
Formspree receives form submissions and provides a private submissions dashboard and configured email notifications. The website hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the site and may keep technical logs such as IP addresses and browser details. If used for distribution, Google processes closed-test membership and app installation under its own policies. A service hosting an optional evidence link has its own access and privacy settings.

Storage and access
Submissions are intended for beta administration and issue investigation. They are not displayed on this website. The website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage for form answers. Hosting and form services may use their own operational logs or anti-spam measures.
Retention and requests
Formspree’s account plan controls its submission history. The project developer may retain beta contact details and relevant issue records while administering the beta and resolving reported problems. No fixed deletion schedule is currently established. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use the “Have a suggestion?” form and describe your privacy request. You can also contact ShotDyno LLC at [email protected] or use your existing beta invitation or contact channel. Business questions may be sent to [email protected]. Include enough information to identify your submission; do not send identity documents.
Optional evidence
Direct uploads are not enabled. Before sharing an evidence link, remove unrelated personal details, account information and precise locations. Share only material you are comfortable providing for bug investigation.
App records and Community
The app’s core range workflow is local-first and works offline. Optional private sync uses an account and internet access; it does not publish records. Community publication requires internet access. You choose content, review it and select Publish before it becomes visible to signed-in app members. Private logbook records remain separate from published copies; Community content is not displayed through public search on this website. The local logbook can be opened by anyone using the unlocked device.
Community performance data is user-submitted, not verified and not manufacturer verified. Results vary by firearm, ammunition lot, components, dimensions, conditions, shooter and test method. Reports and moderation do not certify performance or safety. Members can report content and block authors. Do not put private account details or precise locations in Community content.
Scope
This website does not automatically receive your app’s range records or target photos. Information you deliberately submit as feedback is covered above. This is a website policy, not the final app privacy policy or a complete disclosure for every app permission or store privacy field. App disclosures must reflect the app version actually distributed.
